Unlike some other internet companies that simply do not have a return policy - or at the very least a return policy that is unclear, we wish to put the spotlight so to speak on ours.
Our return policy on DVR Cards is quite simple. We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee under these 2 simple conditions.
1) The DVR Card product uncluding the CD, Manual and all accessories MUST be in perfect condition as it was sent to you. (No scratches, dints, damaged manual, etc..)
2) You must return it to us within 15 days of purchasing the DVR Card.
Now, if you do not meet these requirements and you still wish to retun the DVR Card for a refund, we have a provision for this..
If you wish to return the DVR Card for a refund and you own the card between 15 to 30 days, we give a 75% refund as well as 25% restocking fee.
We will not mislead you. The fact is that when you purchase a DVR Card, you will know within the first 2 days of testing the product whether or not it will meet your needs. Do not sit on the DVR Card for weeks and then decide that you want a refund.
